Just registered? Give it a moment.

If you've recently completed your registration, it can take up to an hour for your details to sync with the event platform. Try again shortly.

"My email address is not working" / "I can't log in"

Double-check you're entering the exact email address you used to register for the event — this is usually your work email. Watch for typos.

If it's still not working, submit a support request to connexU at [email protected] and include:

  • The full name of the event you're attending
  • A short description of the issue
  • The email address you registered with

"Something unexpected happened" error

This is typically caused by a VPN, firewall, or unstable network connection. It can also occur with poor Wi-Fi or mobile data at the venue. Try disabling your VPN or switching to a more stable network and attempting login again.

Q What if I didn't receive my welcome email?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, get in touch with us at [email protected] and we'll resend it for you.
Q Can I use the same login on both web and mobile?
Yes — once your account is set up, you can use the same email and password to log in on both the web platform and the mobile app.
Q I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login page, click "Email me a password reset link". Follow the instructions sent to your registered email address to create a new password.
Q My email isn't showing as registered. What should I do?
First, wait a little longer — it can take up to an hour for your registration to be processed. Make sure you're entering the same email you registered with (usually your work email). If it's still not working, contact us at [email protected] and we'll sort it out.
Q How do I register for the event?
You'll need to register through the official event registration page first. Visit the event website to find the registration link. Once registered, you'll receive a welcome email from connexU with instructions on accessing the event platform.
Q My email has an apostrophe and isn't being accepted. Help!
Mobile keyboards sometimes insert a curved (stylised) apostrophe that the platform doesn't recognise. Long-press the apostrophe key on your keyboard and select the straight apostrophe ( ' ), then try logging in again.
Q What is my Badge ID?
Your Badge ID (also called Registration ID) is a temporary login code included in the welcome email from connexU. You'll use it along with your registered email address to log in and create your account for the first time.
